Raising Awareness around Issues for Persons with Disabilities and the Legal System

September 2014—For The Arc’s National Center on Criminal Justice and Disability (NCCJD), Mind & Media produced a five-minute public service announcement that NCCJD can use on their website, at conferences, and as part of stand-alone training. The video’s goal is to make target audiences aware of the potential for misunderstanding and miscommunication within the legal system that can lead to persons with disabilities “Falling through the Cracks.”

Given the short suspense before their upcoming conference, Mind & Media was constrained to using photos provided by The Arc rather than shooting original interviews and footage.
