VHA’s mission is to honor America’s Veterans by providing exceptional healthcare that improves their health and well-being. To achieve this mission, VHA needs to attract top talent in healthcare by promoting their organization as an innovative, fulfilling, and exciting place to work.

Mind & Media produced the first set of PSAs on the theme of innovation. We edited their existing script not only to fit the time limit for the PSA, but to ensure that each word was impactful. The PSA highlighted VHA as a place of possibility, of service, of transformation—and where people of all ages and experience can find a rewarding career. Because this PSA was created during COVID and we weren’t able to film on site, we used video from VHA and sourced other existing material to create a PSA that received a lot of attention. With dynamic footage and the use of 2D and 3D elements for transitions, we created a video that was energetic and inspiring.
